The Logic of Mental Training

I think there's a crisis of introspection right now. It's easy to fall into traps and end up somewhere you don't want to be (like stuck in a bad relationship or an unhealthy job) if you're not constantly looking inward and evaluating your values and choices.

Let’s look inside for a moment, starting with what we know (all that we can know for certain) and logically follow that train of thought to understand why mental training is so important:
